Is Spira an app blocker? +
Spira blocks the apps you choose, but instead of just preventing access, it guides you through a short breathing session before unlocking them. The goal is to build a breathing habit, using the block as the trigger.
Does it work on Android? +
No. Spira is only available on iOS. There is no Android version planned at this time.
Will Spira see what apps I open? +
No. Apple's Family Controls framework gives Spira opaque tokens — we never see app names, browsing history, or any content. All your data stays on your device.
What happens if I miss a day? +
Your streak resets, but that's it. There are no penalties or guilt-trip notifications.
Can I cancel Plus? +
Yes, anytime through your App Store subscription settings. Your blocked apps, scheduled reminders, and stats history stay with you. Only premium techniques and strict mode return to the free defaults.
How long is a session? +
Between 30 and 90 seconds depending on the technique. Triangle and Long Exhale are the shortest — designed to fit into the brief moments when you reach for your phone.
